Nancy Rose Painter, 76 formerly of Boonville, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at the Villa Blue Ridge Nursing Home in Columbia, Missouri. Along with many other medical challenges, Nancy ultimately passed away from congestive heart failure.
Nancy was born June 27, 1944 in Marshfield, Wisconsin to Marjorie (Jehle) and William Halle. She graduated from Marshfield Senior High School in 1962. After graduation Nancy worked in many capacities as a cosmetologist, dental hygienist, and finished her career in health care in Atlanta, Georgia. Nancy was united in marriage to James J. Painter in 1965. When Jim retired they moved from Atlanta to Boonville, Missouri which was the home state of Jim.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jim and her parents. She is survived by two children, son Dan (Patricia) Painter of Freeville, New York, along with their children Cody, Emily, and Scott, and daughter Casie (Russell) Joens of Madison, Alabama and their children Elizabeth and Matthew. She is also survived by a brother Richard (Dorothy) Halle of Marshfield, WI, along with their children Susan and Robert.
