There is a lot of information that Maude would like to collect regarding Cole Genealogy.

parents names, name of baby; date of birth; where born (hospital, city, state) sex of baby (male or female), if the child goes by another name other than their give name, what that name is.

MARRIAGES:
name of Cole Descendent, spouses name, birth date a location; date of marriage; location (church, city, state) Names of children step-children and Cole descendents (as much detail as possible male, female, birth date, place of birth (hospital, city, state)

DIVORCES:
date divorce was final, if the marriage was annulled please let us know that as well

DEATHS:
date of death, place of death, date and place of memorial service and visitation (funeral home, church, city and state), date of burial, place of burial (city, state), obituary, cause of death if known

MILITARY SERVICE:
branch, served during wars if so which ones, dates of service, enlistment date, discharge date, type of discharge, any awards received during service, (medal of honor, etc.)

Patsy Nan Wittman

Patsy Nan Wittman, 86, of Otterville, MO, passed away Tuesday April 26, 2022, at Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia. She was born on September 8, 1935 in Otterville, the daughter of John Sprinkle and Launa Frances (Brumble) Sprinkle, who preceded her in death.

On May 29, 1952 in Smithton, MO, she was united in marriage to Jack Wittman, who preceded her in death on December 10, 2014.

Patsy was a member of the First Baptist Church, in Otterville. She enjoyed playing solitaire on her phone, looking through her magazines, and talking on the phone with friends and family. In her younger years she enjoyed canning from her garden and cooking for family gatherings.

Survivors include three children, Terry Wittman (Peggy) of Smithton, Randall Wittman of Otterville, and Tammy Watring of Otterville; nine grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren and two on the way; two sisters, Johnnie Mae Schilb of Sedalia and Wanda Lewis of Otterville.

In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by; two grandchildren, Tracie Gibson and Austin Watring; one great-grandson, Eli Gibson; two sisters, Dorothy Romig and Betty Rehmer; and two brothers, Tommy Sprinkle and Donnie Sprinkle.

Funeral service were held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Rea Funeral Chapel with Pastor Russ Slocum officiating.

Burial is at Antioch Cemetery, Otterville, MO.

Pallbearers were grandsons, Greg Wittman, Scott Wittman, Nathan Wittman, Andrew Wittman, Tim Wittman, Justin Wittman, and Preston Wittman.

Honorary bearers were grandchildren, Whitney Watring, and Yvonne Gibson.

Memorial contributions are suggested to First Baptist Church of Otterville in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Nancy Rose Painter

Nancy Rose Painter, 76 formerly of Boonville, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at the Villa Blue Ridge Nursing Home in Columbia, Missouri. Along with many other medical challenges, Nancy ultimately passed away from congestive heart failure.

Nancy was born June 27, 1944 in Marshfield, Wisconsin to Marjorie (Jehle) and William Halle. She graduated from Marshfield Senior High School in 1962. After graduation Nancy worked in many capacities as a cosmetologist, dental hygienist, and finished her career in health care in Atlanta, Georgia. Nancy was united in marriage to James J. Painter in 1965. When Jim retired they moved from Atlanta to Boonville, Missouri which was the home state of Jim.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jim and her parents. She is survived by two children, son Dan (Patricia) Painter of Freeville, New York, along with their children Cody, Emily, and Scott, and daughter Casie (Russell) Joens of Madison, Alabama and their children Elizabeth and Matthew. She is also survived by a brother Richard (Dorothy) Halle of Marshfield, WI, along with their children Susan and Robert.

Special thanks are given to friends Kathy, Donna, Roy, and members of The Order of The Eastern Star and The Cooper Masonic Lodge #36 for their assistance to Nancy for the past several years.

Nancy and Jim will be interred in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Marshfield, WI, at a later date. No public services are scheduled.  Online condolences may be shared at www.dignitymemorial.com/william-wood-funeralhome

Don Stevens

Don Stevens passed away at Ashley Manor Nursing Home on November 28, 2020, where he had been a resident for a year.  He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on March 25, 1932, the son of Gail H. Stevens and Georgia Pierson.  Don spent most of his life in Indianapolis, moved to Chicago area and then retired to Boonville, Missouri in 2000.  Don married Barbara Ann Franks on June 25, 1952. 

A Celebration of Life will be held in January 2021 at Howard Funeral Home in Boonville. Exact date and time will be announced at a later date.  The family is encouraging family and friends to write down a memory of Don so it can be shared with everyone.

In his earlier years Don served in the U.S. Merchant Marines. Don worked at Standard Brands and RCA in Indianapolis. When Don and Barbara lived in suburban Indianapolis, he was a member of the Lawrence Township Volunteer Fire Department.  In Chicago, Don worked for Admiral Corporation, The Stiffel Company and Merrill Lynch.  Don was a member of the American Mensa Society.

Don was a member of the Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation and Jewish Community Center Association. Don’s passions were travel, biking, books, traditional music and his wife, Barbara Stevens.  The Big Muddy Music Festival is what brought the Stevens’ to Boonville. They faithfully attended the annual Big Muddy Music Festival and are members of the Friends of Historic Boonville.

Don is survived by his wife Barbara and daughter, Debbie Johnson and son, David Stevens.  He has two grandsons: Jeremy Johnson and Patrick Stevens and four great-grandsons: Owen Johnson, Hale Johnson, Brady Stevens and Jamison Stevens.
